2 Timothy 2:15
Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved (tested by trial), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analyzing and accurately dividing [rightly handling and skillfully teaching] the Word of Truth. (Amp. Bible).
Mark 4:24
And He said to them, Be careful what you are hearing. The measure [of thought and study] you give [to the truth you hear] will be the measure [of virtue and knowledge] that comes back to you—and more [besides] will be given to you who hear.
Romans 10:10
For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God), and with the mouth he confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms [his] salvation.
Study is the systematic pursuit of understanding. There are various ways to study the Word. Like topical study or study of individuals or book study. The subject of confession has been limited to confession of sins. But confession has various roles in our lives: we build images inside us through what we say regularly; the image in us can be changed or affected by the words we speak. Then we can change our external situation by speaking to the mountains around us. So confess who you are in Christ. Confess what you have in Him as well as what you can do in Him.
We can also confess sins out of our lives by renouncing them too. We judge ourselves so we are not condemned with the world.
Do these regularly and your mind and heart will be programmed for success by God's word.
